Caledonia

Caledonia is a testament to sensitive infill development. We designed this new construction home to feel like it had always belonged on the street, using materials and proportions consistent with the surrounding architecture.

The interior, however, is unapologetically modern, with clean lines, large windows, and a minimalist palette. The design-build process allowed us to make real-time adjustments to optimize the budget without sacrificing quality.
