The home was organized in an elongated bar entirely on the ground level. A distinct separation in the bar provided an entry through a private garden and separated the guest quarters. A large master bath was split along the axis of the house to offer distinct his and hers sinks and walk-in dressing areas. A split garage/workshop, endless lap pool and screened porch were included in the program.
