This urban infill project for downtown Raleigh optimizes a restricted site with indoor parking: a one car garage is located on the ground floor of each vertically stacked unit, accessed from the rear. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are located on this level, with bedrooms and den above. Each unit has a front porch, inspired by older house types in the area.
