After living in their home for over 30 years, our clients were at a crossroads as to whether to move or stay. After reviewing the options, they decided to add to their existing home. We added a 2 story addition that houses a master suite, family room, guest bed& bath, and office. It was important to the homeowner that we maintained the arts & crafts charm of the existing house in the addition. Small touches such as the beams in family room and beadboard in the bathroom make this addition a cozy and welcoming place.
