A young family was in need of more space for their active family. Since the home was located in historic Boylan Heights, it was important that the addition design was consistent with the design features of the existing home and neighborhood. Taking advantage of the slope on the lot, 2SL created a 3 story addition to add a 2 car garage, family room & kitchen, as well as a master suite, to accommodate this young and growing family.
