A proposal to provide higher density housing, support local businesses and to offer a more vital street life for the northwest corner of Person and Franklin Streets in the historic Oakwood Mordecai neighborhood of Raleigh. Building one is planned as a mixed-use, three-story structure. Condominiums would occupy the second and third floors with retail/office space on the first floor. Building two would be reserved for residential condominium units. The redevelopment of this site would allow for outdoor seating and increased steetscape plantings.
