Situated across from a greenway park, the location of this home was ideal, however, the space of the home was too small for our clients. Due to the setbacks of the lot, the best way to add space was to go up. A light filled stair tower takes you to a second floor which features a master suite, a study area, and another bedroom. 2SL also renovated the kitchen and added a cozy outdoor entertaining space.
